While you are waiting for the gifts
That life has in store for you,
Life may be waiting for you
To put yourself in a place
Where you are able to receive
What it has to give.
About Me
From an early age I have been interested in the way people think and feel, and in language and writing. I studied psychology in Amsterdam, and after I moved to the UK and set up my own craft business, I trained to become a teacher of the Alexander Technique in 1989. This brought together my interests in well-being, psychology, communication, awareness and spirituality. I have had a busy practice for over two decades, teaching hundreds of people the benefits of this wonderful Technique.I have been involved in personal development for over forty-five years, studying various healing modalities. The last twenty years I have also been working successfully as a qualified Personal Coach, helping many people transform their lives and find an easier and more empowered way of being.
Our habitual ways of thinking, feeling and being often interfere with getting to know and embrace who we really are, and I love guiding others on their journey towards claiming their innate beauty and value. My interests include writing (she published Clear Your Way to a Clutter Free Life in 2006 and Word for the Day in 2008), creating geometric designs, talking with friends, organising, sorting and fixing things, and learning about new developments and discoveries in the world of health and personal development. My aim is to live my life passionately, healthily and beautifully, and to help others to do the same.
